About True Redd

Combining technical mastery and the eye of a fine artist, True Redd owns and operates an award-winning illustrative photography studio in Uncertain, Texas. His work has appeared in major international publications, and he is a frequent lecturer and speaker at colleges, universities, workshops and professional photography organizations' local, state and national conventions.

He was chosen by Kodak as one of the featured photographers in their "Visions in View" and "Images in Progress" video programs. He was presented the Award of Excellence by the Professional Photographers of California. Past recipients of this distinguished achievement award include Ansel Adams, Edward Weston and Ruth Bernhard.

A former president of the Advertising Photographers Association of Dallas, he is also a past member of the board of directors of the Dallas chapter of the American Society of Media Photographers, and was a founding member of ASMP in Dallas.
